They are suddenly are interrupted by a series of explosions, and when Shinra goes to investigate, he is attacked by a giant sentient Infernal which shoots balls of fire from its mouth. At Company 8, Maki, Iris and Tamaki take Shinra shopping for clothes for Lieutenant Hinawa because of his poor dress sense. However, Shinra is still determined to find a way to turn Infernals back into people and unravel the mystery of the Evangelist and the Adolla Bursts. Yes, even Assault's scenes were well done. Is it just me, or do Assault and Juggernaut have similar Ignition Abilities? I completely forgot what Assault's flames even did and now I can't help but squint at the similarities.Īnyways, this episode was directed beautifully. Where there's a Chupa Cabaret, there will always be a Spirit Albarn ready to cry about his daughter! I loved that cameo. There's no way that could have been the entire episode, and they actually did it! Like others, I had a feeling that Assault's training arc was going to be this episode since the preview only showed scenes of the baptism.
